1/4		Tsp. pepper
1 3/8	c	Flour
1	tb	Oil
1	ts	Baking powder
		Oil for frying
6		Potatoes
1	sm	Onion, grated
3		Eggs
1	ts	Salt

Grate potatoes and drain well. Blend in remaining ingredients. Drop from a spoon into hot oil and brown on both sides.
