1/4 Tsp. pepper
1 3/8cFlour
1tbOil
1tsBaking powder
  Oil for frying
6 Potatoes
1smOnion, grated
3 Eggs
1tsSalt

Grate potatoes and drain well. Blend in remaining ingredients. Drop from a spoon into hot oil and brown on both sides.
